I miss SunLife app
Always an update for this app. Glitches, not friendly to use.
Being left behind for what?
Phone stuck at iOS14, can’t get into my benefits as a result of update that requires iOS15…not sure what features are so important as to exclude all but those on the later versions…
Terrible app
This app caused something to become corrupted. After downloading it, my phone started to freeze and restart every 10 mins, lasting 2 days. I had to factory refresh to fix it (don’t get me started on how I backed my phone up with it restarting every few minutes)

Decent, could be better
It’s overall easy to use and gets the job done well. Only things I can think of that could be improved is being able to have the benefits card on Apple Wallet, and the look of the app. It feels a bit mid 2000’s with the colour scheme and layout. Maybe make a bit better of a User interface with some more pleasant colours? Overall good app that is easy to use though.
Horrible customer service
Lousy, the worst insurer in the world, I had better coverage in 3rd world countries !
Wry frustrated and annoyed
It tells me that I need to update the app I order to log in. Every time I go to the App Store to update it, it doesn’t work
