Transfer times is too long
I like the app and the banking style with EQ but 5 business days transfer time is extremely long. I could never use EQ as my main day to day bank because of this.

Easy to navigate, clear and simple which I like because I just want to get access to my bank balance. Especially using the mobile app. I’m not looking for comprehensive complexity- just getting information about my account balance quickly.
CanadaDecent app but needs push notifications and better stability
App is unstable, can crash with some functions. They need to work on this a bit more if they want to compete with Tangerine and Simplii or even Wealthsimple. Please take a page out of Neo or Scotiabank’s book if you truly want to be a challenger bank…

CanadaTakes too long to transfer funds
I use this card for my everyday transactions but replenishing the card takes way too long. I get that you want to lend out my funds for five days before you give them to me and thanks for the paltry interest from time of transfer but how about sharing some of the extra interest you earn on the money I transferred or better yet, just give me access to the funds taken out of my bank account right away. I would carry a larger balance on my card if I had access to my money immediately.
