One of the worst user experiences I’ve ever had with an app. Not user friendly. Extremely confusing questions. Feels like these was ZERO though put into making this an easy user experience.

Your Benefits Now App user interface is extremely non user friendly. Have you guys ever thought about doing user testing before you roll out updates. The questions that are being asked while submitting a claim are not straightforward and concise, more confusing than anything. Probably one of the worst apps I’ve come across.
CanadaCan’t even log in!!
The sign in button is faded out and isn’t working when you enter your username and password. Also, when I could log in a few weeks ago, the keyboard would not show up so you could enter in your dollar amounts when inputting an extended health care paramedical claim. Had to go to online site to claim. Very glitchy app.

Login key is bugged and can’t login. Must be how they keep claims so low…

Sometimes the app will let me log in but most times I get an error! Not very useful!

The app won't let me log in on my new phone. Looks like the connect key is just buggy. iPhone 14 pro on IOS16
