Problème AirPlay
L’appli fonctionne très bien sur le téléphone directement. Par contre, lorsque je souhaite le mettre sur ma télévision Samsung, c’est TOUJOURS la même chose… des messages d’erreur ou bien plusieurs bugs et ça se déconnecte toute seul! Très déçu de payer pour ne pas être capable de regarder les postes sur la télévision directement… et à voir les commentaires, je ne suis pas le seul!

The app is ok, but as a streaming app, it isn’t great. You have to sit through commercials that flog other streaming apps during your show and you can’t move forward through the show, only backwards. And if you have to walk away and the app goes to sleep, you need to sit through those commercials again. Also, it isn’t easy to keep track of where you are in a show. If you want to skip an episode, you have to dig to find all the episodes for the show, rather than seeing each season listed beneath the thumbnail. Kind of clunky. With how other apps work for streaming, this one seems poorly planned.

The app is constantly stopping when running in background. Absolute garbage, you need to stay on the app when watching something, if you lock your phone screen or change app, the show will stop.
CanadaAMAZON FIRE DOES NOT WORK!
I have sent a review earlier explaining that I was excited to have Virgin Plus T.V. On December 21, 2023. Our tech found out on that day Amazon changed software on October 2023 and Virgin has not been able to use their system so nice then…However sad to find out I could not continue with them since all 3 of my tvs only have Amazon Fire. I refused to let Virgin only supply on Chromecast since they continue to falsely advertise they do support Amazon Fire. They should have offered 3 free Chromecasts and a few months free T.v. For their misleading and incorrect advertising!
