- Request Favourite Stylist - Look to see which stylists are working or who will be in later that day. You also have the ability to choose a specific service provider at the time of check in.
- Save Your Preferences – You can save your favourite store and stylist within the app to save you even more time when you check in.
- Guest Check In – You have the ability to check in yourself along with up to two additional guests.
- Guest Only Check In – If you are checking in someone other then yourself, you have the ability to do so with your login.

What is Online Check In?
Sport Clips' Online Check In allows you to check into your preferred location from anywhere! After you check in, you'll receive an approximate time for your haircut so you can wait where you want before you head to the store. Online Check In was built with your convenience in mind!

Why should I use online check in?
Sport Clips is a walk-in only haircut provider. Based on not having appointments, we want to make your next haircut as convenient as possible with the ability to check in online from anywhere! The online check in system allows you to get your name on the line up so by the time you arrive at the store, you’ll be waiting only a minimal amount of time for your haircut. If Online Check In is not for you, don’t worry, we still take walk-ins through the door.

How does online check in work?
First download the app. After download, go directly to the main check in page, allow Sport Clips to find yourlocation (or enter your postal code), and select your preferred Sport Clips location from the map, then click the “check in” button. The first time you check in online, you will be asked to create an account.

How do I know what time to arrive at the store?
After you complete the check in process, you’ll be given an approximate time to arrive at the store. So, depending on where you are and how far you are from the store, make your travel plans accordingly. As an additional feature, approximately 10-15 minutes prior to your expected haircut time, you will receive a text message reminder.

What do I do when I get to the store?
Once you arrive, check the wallboard mounted near the front counter and look for your name (first name, last initial). To let the system know you have arrived at the location, enter your phone number into one of the kiosk’s. If the kiosk does not recognize you, let one of the Team Members know you have arrived. 
Then, have a seat and you’ll be up soon. If you don’t see your name, be sure to ask for a Stylist to verify your online check in and make sure you’re officially in line
