Default setting and log in issues
When I first downloaded this app, no dramas. Really enjoyed it. A recent update forced sign out of my account in the app and now every time I need to sign in, it sends me an email to verify, which links to a browser and not my app. So now I have a effectively blank app I can’t log in and use. Every time I log in on the browser it defaults to a digital voucher (which I don’t want). Trying to link to PayPal from the browser does the opposite - PayPal gets permissions then opens the app to verify (which it can’t cause I can’t log in). Please sort this out cause the first iterations of this app were good!

The app no longer let me log in. Requests my log in email to get the link. Then the link takes me to the website which works. Go back to the app and the same thing over and over. I have given up and beck to throwing recycles into the bin.

App now requires email login on same device. Not everyone has phones with huge memory space and it’s impractical to have email taking up space. This app is now useless to me

Hi CDS Support, On the weekend I was asked to re-authenticate my login to the CDS VIC (West)application and was sent an email with a sign in redirect button. When the iOS app opened it showed my name but my balance of $10.40 and the achievement badges I had earned were no longer displayed in the app. Where have these both gone. I’d like both to be returned to my account so the money can be transferred to my PayPal account. Cheers, Mr. Wilson

Today the app forced me to recreate my account again by verifying my email, no way to verify existing account or logging in with old credentials. Now I have a new account with no method of linking old vouchers awaiting use, archived vouchers and app achievements. Because of this I changed the payout from vouchers to PayPal payouts to be sure I actually SEE the money I earn going somewhere. I don’t like the language around payment data like many who reviewed this app, expecting so much personal information for Direct Debits and PayPal user data. I have very little trust in those operating this service. When I was depositing bottles this afternoon there were others saying they had to create a new account too and also lost their vouchers, one was an older gentleman was stressed as he collects for a local basketball team and now their credit have disappeared.
