Serious issues
I can’t sign up, it says I have an account already… I had a nz account but moved to AU. I have closed that account and want to make a new account even with a new email address it says I have an account. I have lost all the benefits I had earned because of I can’t transfer an account over seas and now o can’t start a new one recommended by you… Please fix this.

Ive tried so many emails to make an account but it always seems to say that the emails ive used is already associated with an account when its not. Ive tried logging into these “accounts” that the app seemed to tell me about but it says that there is no account associated with the emails. So either way I cant sign up or log in for some reason. I dont have an account, and i am a first time user. If this is a bug please fix but for now its a one star from me.
AustraliaRegular technical issues when purchasing gift cards
The app keeps encountering technical issues when trying to purchase gift cards. They take your money but the gift card never appears and then you get to waste half your life trying to get Prezzee to refund your order. Never had an issue until the last few months. Please work on fixing this bug as it’s incredibly frustrating!

Not sure what has happened to this app. But it was a lot better 3 years ago when I first got on it. It's happened way too often that the calorie burned bit is faulty. I burn 3000+ calories after a weight and running session but then it suddenly goes back to 800 calories?? Your tech team needs to fix these annoying glitches

I’ve lived in Australia for 4 years now (moved from NZ) and have contacted afterpay many times to try and close my Nz account so I can create a new one, as you cannot simply change your number, or transfer from one country to another. But not one single person has been able to help me. Very frustrating as a lot of retailers only take afterpay, not zip or Klarna.
