Get the app and you can: Report issues like graffiti, potholes, dumped rubbish and abandoned cars Pay your rates, fines or animal registration Check your garbage, recycling and organics bin collection days Find out what you can recycle Look up events happening across the city Get information about your local library, leisure centre, community centre, tip or Council customer service centre Learn about halls available for hire Find out more about your ward and Councillors Have our contact information nearby. When making a report, attach a photo or video and pinpoint the exact location using your device’s mapping software. We’ll notify our crews to get it fixed and let you know as soon as we have it resolved. If you are using the Hume City Council app to report an issue outside of Hume, your issue will be sent directly to the relevant council. Register an account on the app for even more personalised information and functionality such as ‘my reports’, ‘my maps’ and ‘my alerts’.

Bug on New version. It keeps asking to install new updated version when using app. Hope this can be fixed soon.

This app is rubbish and doesn’t work. It keeps shutting down and occasionally just goes blank. The report feature on this app is so bad I gave up trying after 5 attempts. It definitely needs improvements.

I see you have not got any reviews, as your app needs regular updating, and some changes. This app needs an update on all in it not just parts, it still shows the last was 2 years, I’ve been into the app removing and reinstalling , it works but once shut off or for overnight, the next time it just won’t turn on, crashes. There must be some bug, as I tapped it crashed again. I’ve notified the Hume Council, they say the same, reinstalling . I think it should be updated to iOS 12 as soon ASAP. As on 24.9.2018. Silly app, update, but now does not recognise my email or password. I even tried registering again with a different password, put all particular in, but wouldn’t register. Hopeless. Yet the Hume council adds in their email to go to the app. Get it right, keep up to the latest from apple. Again on 22.10.2018 my review.
