CertAbility is the official NSW Government app for the reporting of real-time building certification data by principal certifying authorities (PCAs). This easy to use tool enables PCAs to enter, submit and export real-time data throughout the construction process, and delegate work to other certifiers. PCAs can also use the app to record information about principal contractors, performance solutions, critical stage inspections, certificates and notices. Complete fail
I have tried to use this app a number of times. Occasionally it works, mostly it fails to recognise an ABN so details can’t be entered. Now I can’t even login anymore. There are no features to retrieve passwords and no support. If I were just choosing the app for fun I would just ignore this, unfortunately this is the designated point to enter information required by legislation on threat of a $1,500 fine per failure if we don’t. This failure of an app may turn out being very expensive for me.
