Download options.
This app used to have auto download that’s now missing. Also they have just made the download button even smaller than it was before. Would be good to have a larger button and auto download again.
Just keeps getting worse
Earlier versions of this app were good. Now I have to keep logging in all the time. However, after being kicked out I have to restart the app before being able to log in and the login pop up doesn’t work. Multiple reinstalls haven’t fixed the issue.
Cheap software…
The software works but must be old as there are no notifications when your comments are approved and go live. Also no notifications when someone comments or replies on your post.
Hopeless
Never been able to read anything bar the headlines
Frustrating
This App on my iPad is nowhere as user friendly as earlier versions. It can open on any page if for some reason you are timed out. It is overly sensitive to open an article rather than allowing you to just zoom in/out. And I cannot find a digital version of Townsville Eye - a “must” read. (Bad joke that one!)
Very Low Reliability- Bring Back The It Support Staff
Subscription refunds such be given when product can’t be delivered.
A Backward Step
The latest upgrade leaves me with far less viewing area on my tablet without the thumbnail option we had previously. No clippings that I can find. The bands at the top and bottom of the screen are unnecessarily large. In general a backward step.
