Broken app no support offered
I pay a $30 monthly subscription through iTunes but that only allows me to read the articles. You can not make a comment. Phoning the help numbers gets some call centre that knows nothing. Well done NewsCorp.
Disappointing
There are stories that are at least six months old and it says Updated. I like the convenience of the app but would like to read news not keep seeing old stories.
Frustrated
App is slow and often will not open.News updates are often days old.Reporting is lazy, uses Gov.Press releases under a byline and continuously uses the word “SHOCKING “ in the most inappropriate circumstances.
Viewing comments
Why no access to seeing my recent comments on the app? I can do it on my desktop but it’s very clumsy too.
Cannot access tributes from section menu
Appart from app stopping in the middle of viewing which may be a connection issue the interface is very good, But if you just want to check the deaths your out of luck on an Ipad.
Pathetic
The most pathetic news app. Never updated, “top stories” are there for days, rarely updated. Went looking for local news on the state election and found stories from may 2021, December 2020, and June 2015!? Waste of time
New Puzzle pages
With the old puzzles I could print out The Big Crossword or the Sudoku and each one would fill a whole page. If you print out those two now they are the same size as in the paper which is too small. Here’s hoping you can fix this. Thanks a lot Terry.
