When I type my name on the “get in touch” page it says please provide a valid name. So looks like you don’t want to hear from any customers. I got to 454 points & now when I went to a designated Caltex station today the scanner did not recognise the QR code. Very disappointing, false advertising ! How long has this app been out for? Every single Caltex servo I go to in my local area the staff have no idea how to scan my card so I just end up leaving as the line get too big behind me while they twiddle their thumbs trying to work it out.

Ok I comply, I attempted to open the app, however it placed a Stop sign in from me advising that a NEW Version is available, so as I always do I complied & clicked to update (only as you DO NOT HAVE A CHOICE). After arriving in the Apple App Store I see that I have NO OPTION to update as there is only an OPEN option. Oh great I arrive back where the user is advised that a New Version is available, so please update. HELP!!! Solution: Delete old version & install new version. Poor work developers.
