It used to work :(
It worked well in 2023. I went to install it on a new phone and it kept telling me my phone number was not recognised. Went to set up a new account, said my phone number was already in use. Reset my login, and now the app just won’t open :/

Enviro friendly
I have been using a paper passport for all my pets over many years. Finally, I don’t have to carry these with me every time I go to the clinic. Having all my pets details on the phone means I’ll also not forget to take the vaccination record. Good for the environment too.
Excellent idea but needs work
I love this idea so much but my vet assured me this would count as proof of vaccination to my kennel but the email button to send it to my dogs kennel doesn’t show up for me and just screenshotting the vaccination page means nothing to them because there is no pet name listed on that page. I had to send the screenshot and follow it up with my invoice that the vet emailed me as proof of payment and the dog it was given to for the kennel to cross reference and then also call them to discuss this issue before they would accept it as proof. If the pets basic details like name, date of birth, breed and microchip number, were at the top of the vaccination record it would fix all these issues so that just a screenshot could be enough if the email function isn’t working yet.
QR code is useless
My vet had this advertised, via a brochure on their reception desk, so I thought I’d give it a go, but the app didn’t recognise the QR code so everything, and I mean everything, had t be entered manually. And I have 2 dogs so, in my case, everything had to be entered manually, twice. Really disappointing!!!
So easy to use!
Such a great app. I can keep all of my pets information conveniently in one spot. Some useful healthcare advice for my furry friend as well!
Finally!
My vet in North West Sydney put me onto this. Finally someone has made an app where I can keep my dogs vaccine certificates and pretty much everything for both cats. Much better than those annoying cardboard sheets
