Poor design. Overall, I’d rather not use it
There’s an all for everything these days, which means there is a base design standards for apps. This app periodically fails on the design standard including not accepting Face ID to access even though it’s set up for it, not copying of MF codes from text message when prompted, failure of the 6 digit passcode to access the app. Basically, if I wasn’t forced to use it, I wouldn’t. It’s annoying that I have to pay for incompetence.
PEXA useless
It does absolutely nothing of value. I received a text msg from the bank saying settlement was completed. So what’s the intention of the app? It doesn’t track or provide anything
Useless and expensive
I did not have to look at this app the entire transaction process. I was charged unreasonable amount for this app as part of the transaction cost. It’s rubbish.
Useless app
This app is so useless for the vendor or purchaser as it doesn’t show settlement progress or any information about fund directions. It’s just blank. At the end of settlement, it says settlement has completed. I don’t need it as I can receive this information from my solicitor. I guess it’s only useful for the solicitors and banks. Wasted my time downloading it
Help in a time of stress
I have only just started and already the to do lists and advice is very helpful. We are feeling stressed in this process and PEXA keeps us on track.
Wasting time to install
This useless app, just list the property doesn’t do anything
Red flags around security makes me nervous
Password security needs to meet modern standards, and the lack of copy paste limits password managers which reduces security further. For an application that is critical to a major part of the economy… this is egregious.
