Get help with things like: • Mental health • Physical health and identity • Friends • Family • Relationships and sex • School and work • Life issues • eSafety An expert team of Kids Helpline counsellors, QUT psychologists and designers have worked together to deliver a wide range of resources dedicated to helping young people deal with the real issues in your life. Over 700 young people were involved in a study of the app’s effectiveness. The results suggest niggle helped increase their wellbeing and resilience! Kids Helpline is Australia’s only free, private and confidential 24/7 phone and online counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25.

I really like the idea but it keeps telling me to try again later when I sign in, so I haven’t been able dot use the app.

So i got this app from my school guidance counsellor and ive been trying to sign in, it wont let me. i even redownloaded the app and it still didnt work. it just says "please try again later" and ive been trying for 2 days

So I think that this app is ok, but that is only from photos. Firstly I can’t sign up, I’ve waited days and tried to sign up and it still says “ Please try again after some time”. Secondly, the name for this is basically a slur. And it’s a kids app? Also, I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but it still don’t let me sign up, what should I do??? Kind regards<3

I downloaded the app and attempted to create an account but I was greatly disappointed. It was not letting me create an account and I tried everything. Why? It seems like I am the only one that has this problem with it and I still am not able to sign up/ log in.

was a decent app while it worked, but now it just tells me to try again after sometime after trying to login. uninstalling, installing, changing networks, even contacting the customer support (who have assured me it will be fixed at least 3 times over the past 6 months); nothing works. don’t waste your time 😔
