Can’t Get into Servers
I love the game and the character design and storyline is amazing; However, everytime I exit the app for to long (ex:overnight) it takes me back to the main screen where you select servers but it says the servers aren’t ready and doesn’t let me enter any of them. I’ve tried rebooting the game and pressing the repair button and rebooting my phone but none of it helps. I really really love the game and I wish I could play it more but everytime I want to play I have to delete the game and then redownload it.

I love yokai kitchen I find it very enjoyable, but I’ve recently come across an issue where my game loses connection to the internet a few seconds after I log into the game. However, my internet connection is stable, so I can’t figure out how to solve this. Due to this problem, I’m missing out on a lot of exclusive event content (and event rewards in general) along with summoning events. I hope you will try and fix this so I can get back to playing because as of now the game has become unplayable as it freezes as soon as it loses connection. Thank you 🙏

I’ve been playing this game for 1 month and recently my account reseted itself, I tried for hours by myself to reset the game go on all the servers but it keeps wanting me to start from level 1. Finally I contacted the support, the staff was super nice and supportive, they were really quick with their replies to help me get my account back. I’m honestly so grateful because I am so obsessed with it, such a great game, the voice overs, story line, graphics are set out so well. I wouldn’t be surprised if an anime comes out based from this game cause it’s so good.
