Ordered online at 5:47pm, for a predicted 6:05pm pick up. Waited instore until 6:13pm to pick up order. Serving customers first who came in after and ordered instore. Did not have the ordered sides available, did not receive napkins and had to ask for cutlery.

I used the app to see if there would be any advantages or incentives. There was no special deals or discounts, it takes longer than going up to the counter, I wasn’t asked any of the customisation questions like you get at the counter, and then while waiting I watched 6 people get subs made for them before they had a break in the line, and then they started making my sub. So I would have been much better off not using the app. I see this app only being an advantage if you are on the road and want your sub to be ready for you in 15 mins when you arrive at the store.
