Never connects
Always shows expired session error. I never got it working. Called support, all they had to tell Me is to del app, restart phone, re install it and try again? I mean like seriously. You are a bank earning billions in profit that’s the best you can do?
worst app ever
I bought this for a market and I can’t even get past the activation codes to connect my reader and start using it !! It just says “session expired” and the customer support said that it’s a bug and there’s nothing they can do. Wish I had checked the reviews earlier. Literally the most appauling experience from commbank, the customer service was nice however the app efficiency and accessibility is non existent. Don’t bother with this I WOULD GIVE 0/5 RATING IF I COULD
App does not function
Just got my smart mini - unfortunately the app is non functional. Keep getting an error message saying timed out. Once this has appeared the app must be uninstalled and reinstalled in order to log in again.
Absolute garbage
Waited three months to get it. Finally get the device, two days or unable to set it up due to a error. People on phone speak to you like you’re doing it wrong yet it’s the device and app issue. Will be going to square and honestly probably taking my business banking away from comm bank too

I have also had the same problem with the app not working and gives a 650 error or something like this? Why do we have these problems and no one knows why or how to resolve the issue?
Very bad app
Keeps saying session expired during the LOGIN process. I’m starting a new session, I’m trying to login, how can it expire? And this is my very first experience with the app, trying to activate the account. What a joke
