App stuck in the stone ages
This app is so backwards and provides such limited features for a bank. I have accounts with many banks and cannot believe just how useless this virgin banking app is. Do better!

The proper link from virgin Australia does not go to this app. Seems like a scam surprised virgin and apple allow this Either that or this is an old beta that should have been removed

Can’t open it just says welcome back loading for like ever not great before that either never heard of facial recognition?
Useless, annoying and offensive
Echoing all other reviews. Virgin, this is such a pathetic banking app, it’s offensive (& a waste of time). The brand has so much potential and promise but this really is a (not at all funny) joke. You can pay real developers to create something that provides users with what they need or you can lose customers to other institutions. Your call.
Disappointing
Disappointed with how clunky and lacking in detail a lot of Virgin’s banking transactions are so far and hoped this app would offer something more or better. I thought this app would give me faster access to my loan and offset account to track my transactions and more easily do transfers and see a better description than “pay anyone” than the website does. On CALLING (what?!) to activate this mobile app, I’m told this app is only to do secure daily/regular transactions of over $5k?! ALL other financial institutions I’ve dealt with have a banking app. Why don’t Virgin have a banking app yet?!
