Absolute worst app
horrible ticket purchasing system that needs to be fixed immediately! Every single artist I have tried to get tickets for I have not even gotten past the lounge, yet others are getting multiple tickets. Worst ticket buying experiences ever, would definitely not recommend!!!

“Access denied”, “Access denied”. I have been trying to get tickets to the GUTS tour. I tried every day and waited for 3 hours. I would be in the waiting lounge and after a 1 hour wait, “access denied”. I would get off the site and then go back on, after another 1 hour wait, “access denied”. Please fix this

i would give it 0 but i can’t. I have been in the queue for Olivia Rodrigo since 12:30 and it’s now 3:11 and I have not gotten in once. I’ve had a couple devices set up and they all came back with ‘Access Denied’ message. Same thing happened with the presale, too.
