Video rarely works
Video always goes black when watching “video”. Sometimes when watching live channels it will work but maybe 75% of the time the video will be non existent whilst the audio continues to play. Extremely frustrating

I’ve seen a lot of reviews complaining about the price and the fact that this was included in Kayo last season, but ignoring the cost or the content that’s available this is still a terrible app. The app logs you out repeatedly if you don’t open it for regularly. The streaming quality is barely passable, the bitrate is far too low for an app streaming live sports where there’s fast paced action. A streaming company specifically focused on sports should know this, meaning they’re intentionally reducing the quality to save some $$. The best thing I can say about the interface on the Apple TV app is that it’s “functional”. Even if I got the content for free I’d still be giving the app a 1 star review.

I can’t believe I am forced to use this app to watch less than half of my championship games. A total unreliable, overpriced, sluggish, terrible platform. Can only hope my team is promoted into the premier league so I can delete this app and buy Optus Sports,

This app is the only one where I can watch my team play live and it’s terrible! Frequently Asks me to log in again and streaming is frequently patchy. Wouldn’t have a bar of it if it wasn’t the only place I can watch the Championship. Waste of money.
