I have to keep switching the device on and off or the tv on and off to get the app going again very annoying

Previously this app had its glitches but they would resolve but this year I am not sure. About couple of weeks my app glitches became permanent. I can’t watch anything on my phone nor my television or any device. It kept on saying it cannot operate in the country I am in and it would say connection not allowed. I did all the proxy off thing they said to do. Delete app and reinstall, and cleared all the cache. Every time I talk to app support they tell me the matter is being handled or has been escalated, only to find out it is a lie. The next time I reach out again it the same story, different day and different person who would want receipt no. Of the enquiry but it was not provided. The people just don’t want to deal with my matter. I have done all the things they asked me to do, still I inform them the app is still not working. They tell me to restart my phone, knowing very well, they won’t have to deal with me once I get back online. I am so disappointed and annoyed at Showmax right now. I have even asked my friends if their app is working fine? They said it is working. I am now going to the review because no one wants to help with the issue. I paid for subscription and now the month is ending without me watching anything. It is sad that I can be able to access my account on browser but I can’t watch, I have to use the Showmax app that has glitches. The mobile subscription is useless guys, like really!! Myb it works ok in SA, so far I have a bad taste in my mouth about it. I like this app but now I am starting to begin to dislike it. I am not happy

1. every two to three weeks the app functions malfunction 2. Support team are by far the worst communicators & rude ( delete app & restart app , log out & log in again ) as if we haven’t tried that already 3. Slowest streaming service, suggest updating it every week or so at the rate you guys are going 4. Apple TV function doesn’t work so 👀 Idek why you guys offer it
