Few things in life are as frustrating as running out of airtime or data when you’ve got stuff to do, which is why we've recently revamped our Telkom app which now gives you the ability to manage your Mobile, Home and Internet products all in one app.
Some of the things you can do on the app:
- View and pay accounts
- Check data and airtime balances
- Top-Up and buy more data and airtime
- Log faults and track orders
- Get help with troubleshooting
- Change spend limits
I can't access my account because I no longer have the number I was using before and I can't open a new account because my email is already linked to my old number
Can't get past the link stage sending link to some cell number not mine. No option to change
This app is awful
Why does this app no longer show all my Telkom sims (5) on the dashboard but instead shows just one? Prior to an update this used to be the case but now just one sim shows. How am I meant to see usage and balances on those sims?
Registered my email address as my username, but at times i can not access further than the login screen because of an error message "the email address does not exist "
The app is not working, keeps crashing all the times and its been this way for a month now.
