DO NOT BUY HAILTRACE!!! THEY ARE ALL TALK WITH NO FOLLOW-UP. they forced me to buy a 1 year contract. But told me that off the record if I needed to cancle because it wasn't working out, they would refund me. A few months go by and I realize I only used it for one month and then it just didn't work for me. So I called them and asked them not even for a rebate, but to put my account on hold and allow me to turn it back on when I am better able to use the app. They refused.

Needs alot of work but can be made current to keep up with storms in real time
There are many reasons I land on 1 star. It crashes regularly, doesn't show entire maps, map details are at some times terribly inaccurate, and most of all it is not user friendly. You have to tinker with it so much to attempt to get where you want to go.
I've been using hail Trace Freedom many years they have provided me lots of quality service showing me where the hail was at
