I absolutely love this app! It is easy to read and has helped me find clear skies in the past. As an app developer myself, I know the time and effort that it takes to maintain an app like this. Absolutely NO hesitation to pick up an annual subscription to support this app. It's one of the best weather apps I've ever used. Thank you for all the work put into this!
This is a fantastic app with incredibly powerful tools available and great, informative views to help a weather wonk or enthusiast make sense of the various model outputs. This app single handedly halped inform and save my eclipse viewing experience. It was spot on.
I've been using this app for a while. It really saved the day the morning of the eclipse to determine where the best viewing would be with a hole in the clouds during totallity.
The cloud cover tracking helped me change my plans to catch the eclipse!
This app is incredible. Extremely well laid out and phenomenal level of detail. W were in the Austin area for the solar eclipse and the entire area was under cloud cover. This app helped us pick the right location with the least cloud cover during the time of totality. The forecast was spot-on and helped us get a much better experience than folks in Austin proper
Love the app! It got me to clear skies for totality today! 2024 Great American Eclipse. Diamond Ring, Baily's Beads, and Corona wall art coming soon thanks to Astropheric! Tried to find & tag you on Instagram but you don't seem to have a presence there.
I paid for this app before the 2017 eclipse. I didn't end up using it in Wyoming during the eclipse, since it was only 148 seconds, but it would have been nice to explore the app some later. Now, for the 2024 Mexico-USA eclipse, I opened the app only to discover that it is simply a huge advertisement, leading to a website, with Z E R O total solar eclipse information. What a joke abs a waste of money!
The great 2024 Eclipse has come and gone and so the app needs an update
-The Eclipse info card and map paths have been removed from the app
-The Astronomical Clock now syncs between your devices.
-Fix for a push notification bug on some versions of Android
