*Hardware acceleration support depends on device video decoder capability. Hardware accelerated playback in portrait mode may be corrupted on some HTC models (HD and others - hardware issue). Also on some devices (Samsung galaxy S2) zoom/stretch may not work on all video types.

Used to be my favorite player. It's not common that update lowers user experience but it did. Few months (1-2y) ago, developer updated player and now the main gesture controls (volume and brightness) reacts very porly. I have to move with my finger exactly at vertical line. Before it reacts way more approximately. Now it has to be exact. Second thing is that start of playing video often freezes app for maybe 15s while showing false video duration 43min. Then show right duration.
When you watching a video from phone memory in this app. And then for some reason I press home button to switch app for a moment and then open the bs player app from recent menu app get crashed.
