Professional a very courteous driver was pollite and cab was clean would recommend their service
App doesn't work. Needs to reinstalled after a booking as booking features don't show on screen the next day.
The drivers are very respectful and courteous. When I call a cab , it's there right away .
Customer service is nil. Trying to contact them for double charging me is an unresolved nightmare. Flag a different cab if you can. Would give zero stars.

The app doesnt ever work it just loads route forever. If you call they hang up without saying anything. Their business will be dead soon.
App repeatedly crashes. Driver did not get my note about pick up location. The support line to contact the driver just goes to voicemail. Eventually the driver phoned me and seemed annoyed at ME because he didn't receive pick info (I'm disabled and cannot access certain areas)
