Terrible, glitchy app. Going to help section...force closes app.
Constantly crashes. Can't click anything without the app closing. Tried endorsing someone 3 times and it froze and had me redo it everything. Not sure if the endorsement went through or not
I'm extremely disappointed on how they treat there caregivers.
Unable to perform the simplest task like adding my dog breed or updating my address.
Can't delete my account. Their support is unacceptable. There is no phone number - my information has been compromised and they keep sending me formulaic emails telling me to use the app - but the delete function doesn't work. Privacy issues not taken seriously so would never use this app nor put my credit card info in their site. Do so at your own risk.
Ava was great. Highly recommend.
I like the service, but the app is terrible! The prices changes without notification, they force you to leave a review of the walker with every walk you schedule, and it glitches making it extremely difficult to communicate with the wag walker.
