I think this app has the potential to be competitive with major brands like Hertz, Avis, Enterprise, etc. It's just the deposit is high for a month. Say 300-500 then OK, but 2k is a deal breaker for most in the LA area. Especially if people can just go to Avis for 240 a week and 300 deposit with a credit card, just sayin. If the deposit, and maybe even the price was a bit more competitive, I'd think it'd be the top app for awhile for long term renters for sure 😇👍
Used this app on a recent trip to Europe, and it mostly worked well. Main problem is it wouldnt update distance used, so it was a little frustrating wondering whether I'd gone over allocated allowance. Still most of the time all other features were ok.
I really want to see this company do well but I've been let down on a few occasions now. Two of the last three rentals have had tyre pressure warnings on the car as soon as I turned the car on. On one of those occasions even after I pumped the tyres to the recommended level the warning still wouldn't go away so after an awkward time trying to get through the support guy had to send me a YouTube video and to figure it out myself. My most recent rental had constant warnings about tyre tread depth.
Can't even get through the registration process. If registration only works when booking through the app, don't allow third party websites to take bookings. The requirement of providing images of utility bills is quite discouraging as well. I honestly can't tell if this is a scam or not.

App is completely broken, just terrible, even making a photo of your id does not work as it cut of most of it. And of you manage to upload it using another device it randomly shows your id is expired after a few weeks. They also tell you that your driving license that never expires is expired. I'm curious if getting the car will work, a nice concept failing hard because of such a bad app. Information on the app and FAQ are not consistent.
Perfect service, almost perfect app. Just take a picture of your documents and don't care about the preview of it, it will validate anyway and just chat with the assistance and check if it's ok
