USING THE TIER APP
TIER electric scooters, bikes and mopeds give you the freedom to explore your city and to get where you need to be in a smart, safe, and sustainable way. Simply open the app and rent a ride with a few simple steps.
HOW TO START A TIER E-SCOOTER & GET GOING
✅ Download the TIER app, sign up, and add your preferred payment method
✅ Find a TIER scooter near you on the map
✅ Scan the QR code on the scooter to unlock it and start a ride
✅ Push the e-scooter forward to flick the kickstand back
✅ Put one foot on the board and push off with the other
✅ Push down the throttle to gain speed
✅ Let go of the throttle or use the brakes to slow down.
✅ Surf your city and enjoy the ride!
HOW TO END YOUR RIDE
✅ Find a safe place to park the scooter and flick the kickstand down
✅ Open the TIER app and tap 'End Ride'
✅ Get out there and live your best life!

First and only time using. More expensive than a bus, no navigation in app so navigating and avoiding no go areas is impossible, let's you drive 300m into a no go area then forces you to walk out and the amazingly well designed phone holder sent phone sliding down the road. Don't waste your time.
Up until now my account still suspended They said i have some TIER ACCOUNTS? while i only have 1 phone and 1 account is already enough. Now already 3days and no news when i can use my account. So unprofessional
Cannot add my card or Google walet.
Charged my account for no ride.
Awful. New user. Manged to link card ok but after that the app kept crashing can't verify licence. Immediately took me to "are you sure you want to cancel verification process?" But wouldn't let me click "no". Finally after reuploading app and resetting verification I got as far as taking my selfie, but after several attempts ending in "error taking selfie", I give up. Wasted half an hour trying to sort this and someone nabbed the last scooter whilst I was attempting this. Chat wasn't much help
Paid over 60€ for 3 hours with two bikes. There was no pricing information in the app or any visible way of informing the user what they pay for. There is no pricing page on their website either. TIER product team: the universally nice and friendly user experience is enabling users to make informed decisions. Submitting credit card, activating a bike, completing a ride, and then learning about the cost is the opposite of that.
Terrible scooters are always out of battery
