taxi driver always making drama problem waiting how many minutes and said make cancel
My cabs that were booked got cancelled after reaching near to the pick up point. Because of which I got late where I need to reach. It cannot be trusted. Even though Uber shows slightly expensive comparatively it's reliable. They should improve their customer service and have an option to raise a critical incident such as mine. Hope they will investigate such matters and improve.

Absolutely the worst. Alot of problems with the maps and the most rude and unprofessional drivers I've encountered. Most of them start the journey even when they're not on the location and claim they're waiting, moreover they will be in a totally wrong location pin and will refuse to come or cancel the ride..horrible behaviors..Stick to Uber, TaxiF is just not worth the hassle.

When you order taxi it appears the price but that price will be changed when you arrived in destination. The fare will get higher after you arrive at the destination from cheaper to higher rate.
