downloaded the app, installed and tried to open. stuck on loading screen which just says "Tata". closed the app, restarted the phone, tried again, same issue. my wife has also tried the app on the apple platform, different issue - apparently she cannot connect to the server. we currently both have full connection. not sure why it's not working but will probably just use a different service.
Couldn't get the app to open. Just sits on the logo page.

Easy to use app...pricing cheaper than what's quoted at time of booking...more reliable than using bus in Broome wet season & driver keeps in touch very well about timings etc
Easy to use app
I was able to use this app once and now I can't get past the "Rate your trip". I submit my rating and it says 'User not paid', which I have actually paid. Can't get out of the screen so have to close the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it opens straight to the "Rate your trip" screen, and repeats the same issue. No way to contact support so have to write the issue in this review.
