The centrepiece of the app is the navigation function on the 3D map. Should you want to reach your favourite mountain restaurant from one of the valley stations, the app will indicate the right lifts and pistes as well as the time required to get there. The journey time depends on your personal level of ability, which can be set in the app.

The app always takes account of the opening times of ski runs and lifts in the ski area, provided that the mobile device is connected to the internet. This should not pose a problem since all Zermatt Bergbahnen AG stations are equipped with free wireless LAN.
Virtuality meets reality -- The mixed-reality feature known as “User Perspective BETA” fuses reality and virtuality to offer a virtual 3D experience. Test the new feature for yourself and give us your feedback. Your opinion is important to us.
In addition, the app features a detailed mountain restaurant guide, so you can also enjoy Matterhorn ski paradise from its culinary side. Current opening times, detailed information and various filter functions will help find the perfect restaurant beside the ski runs.

This is the worst ski app it does not come close to the French resorts alp. But hey, things are expensive in Switzerland, at least there is something.
Great app! Kind of a mash up of a standard piste map app, and the 3D fun of FATMAP. This works really well and because it constantly updates which lifts/runs are open it was invaluable for navigating during the week we were in Zermatt when there were closures due to high wind. So easy to use as well to see where to go. Weather forecast and status were also really useful (and accurate). One ask, wish you could disable the "simulated location" functionality, kept doing it by accident!
Seemed like it was going to be a good app for Zermatt. Worked fine when I installed it a month ago on my Samsung S21 running Android 12. However, now when I open the app, it immediately shuts down. Tried reinstalling but same result. I'll update my rating if the developer can actual fix this issue.

Screen flickers like crazy when linked with skiline both apps then don't close properly!
Map doesn't update in line with info available on their website, even hours later.
Very unstable app. Leads to crashes on pixel. Map function is useless. A good, readable 2d map would have made more sense.
