My whole booking is in french, doesn't change by location i set
Be careful, in case you have to change a reservation they demand you to make a new one and they say they will refund you later after 1 week but they don't. You need to call a lot of times insisting. I got my refund for changing a reservation after one month.
This app is not user friendly. Nor is the company behind it. They unjustly charged me an $80 cancellation fee. They have a "policy" in the very fine print of the 15th paragraph of their terms and conditions that says people in certain cities including Chicago and Atlanta cannot rent a car for local use; you have to show an airline ticket. Nowhere is this clearly posted before you book this on their app or website. It's a trap. They take 80 bucks for every sucker that falls into it.
Really really bad costumer support
Never use these guys u der any circumstances. I rented and paid for a car. To get all the way to the pick up point and they wouldnt give me the car. No points, nothing against my licence. I also had all supporting documentation. Long story short ive recently moved back and i didnt pass some address chexk because ive been away so long. And as of yet i havent even got my partial refund. And they deducted 3 days so total about 60 pounds off of the cost. So they completely screwed me.
