We went to the location with the exact address, but the owner there said they weren't a part of Radical Storage. We went around to ask the other open stores nearby, but received the same answer. The owner from the first store let us borrow their phone, but even the phone number listed under the information page was out of service. The "24/7" chat is AI, if you want a real person it's only on the weekdays. Don't even know if I'm going to get a refund...
I choosed the default 'today' option in my booking and it charged for a different date for unknown reason. FFS
Complete scam. The location leads me to a place that doesn't exist and the so-called "24/7" support isn't online until Monday. (It is Saturday morning) Guess this is on me for giving money to service that won't even tell me its location until they stole my money. :/
Nice enough UI/UX but abysmal service. Booked a place in Ginza, Tokyo only to arrive and learn that they no longer provide service. By the time customer support responded, I had already found an alternative storage service and traveled to an entirely different town. And there's no refund option available anywhere. Not quite a scam but it comes pretty close.
I used radical luggage storage places in both Lyon and Geneva. Both transactions were seamless and drama free. I would definitely use this again to store my luggage in other locations
