Easy to use
Honestly Nashville Transit or Metro WeGo needs an overhaul. 1) computer upgrades for great drivers 2) scheduling upgrades for efficiency and safety to driver's and passengers 3) integration of schedules for cabs and transit accessable in 1 app for residents as well as tourist in including a section for entertainment for that day and upcoming day's events. 4) better security with pin or fingerprint access and lock as well as encryption. ** Double decker electric buses! ** And WiFi plugs for buses

Incredibly confusing and not even the bus drivers seem to understand how it all works. I have money as "stored value," but if I buy a pass, it takes money off of my card and not the stored value. So, how does the stored value work? There are no instructions for anything, so if you are confused, tough luck. Also, there are no transfers, so if I have to take two buses back to back, even if I'm on one for only 2 minutes, I have to pay a second fare.

Confusing app, doesn't send verification emails, and doesn't let you load exact money for one ride. WeGo would do better among locals to use card or Google pay instead of this app
