With the PubliBike app you can rent a bike 24/7
The app shows you immediately which stations are nearby and how many bikes or e-bikes are available. In your customer account you will find your previous trips and the travel expenses.
The app also provides the following features:

barely works.
It's now been almost a week since I could get a bike. I called customer support because of the issue, and they told me that there is an issue with samsung phones and that some of them couldnt unlock bikes. I would like to know when this issue will be fixed. And I would also like to know if you can connect your swisspass to publibike so I can use my card instead of the app.
A couple bikes in Crans 1299 would be pretty nice in my opinion
Very deceiving service. The bikes unfortunately almost never work! Sometimes there are more bikes mentioned in the app than there are available. Or the bike might just also refuse to open.

Very useful bike rental in Switzerland. The customer service and how they handle customer inquiries is very bad though - no customer centricity. Lost CHF 200 since they did not inform me about a change of an abo and they also refuse to repay any costs for rentals where the trip was not ended correctly.
Die App gibt keine Mitteilungen, auch wenn ein Velo bereits über eine Stunde lang nicht abgeschlossen wurde!
