Absolutely useless for planning and seeing live tracker for journeys. Only good thing it does is allows you to buy the ticket. Pretty simple user needs which are just not met. Is it because I am android user?
Activation delays hold the coach up.
Worst app I have ever used! Activation lost tickets! I will pay the extra £1 next time. Even the drivers let us on when we showed them the problem with the app without an argument!

Very comfortable ride. Suggest also adding live map feed of current position.
Best of the best
Every time I try to activate my tickets it says 'Coudnt Activate and each time I have to re - install the app... Also, with this 'new' update I can no longer view the timetable for a specific route. Just fix the current problems with the app and try not to bring new features
