Horrible experiences with it. Virtual cards rarely work, had to pay out of pocket several times. Support does not know what they can and cannot do most the time. Overall poor experience. Would not reccomend.
Can no longer upload photos of pictures taken, only pictures downloaded. Per diem per day under my policies no longer updates.
Repeatedly reset me back to main menu while attempting to check in. They also overcharge for flights by a shocking amount. Would not recommend for your company.
Worst experience ever. Created trips are not synced among the devices, the approved trips do not save the flights (or even trips names) so you require to search it every time from the scratch, when trying to book "unknown errors" are popped up and the support guy has nothing to say but "try to clear cookies" - and this genius advice costs &25! You are the worst, how come you made it to 50 disruptors? Disrupting what, reinventing the worst UX ever?
Not compatible with android. Tried troubleshooting, as closes after logging in... even un-installed and reinstalled to no avail....
An expense app that can't save cards on the server??? Aside from the registration being a painful experience (every time I set up a password, next time I login it's wrong... tried 4 times and created a new account. Same thing everywhere. This is absolutely infuriating). Then I tried adding 3 different cards. One did not work - "contact support"... What is this? IRS? Absolutely terrible experience.
