I had to download 2 apps to try and check in online and then it said that flight did not exist.... the term "That's Indonesia " is a excuse for being Lazy and not trying to fix the short commings of their systems. My advice is to leave as soon as you can and never look back

Hubungi calll center katanya dialihkan ke whatsapp, ini aplikasi ga guna ga bisa check tiket yg di beli di aplikasi lain padahal maskapai nya ini. Begitu chat wa cust care nya ga ada balasan, diawal2 doang ada balasannya itu pun BOT yg jawab -_- tolong dong, cust ini cuma ingin konfirmasi perubahan jadwal aja kok susah banget siih. Ada teknologi bukannya mempermudah ini malah mempersulit hadeeh..
