Couldn't start the car without restarting the phone (a Google Pixel 8) almost every time, or toggling Bluetooth / killing the app multiple times. The experience was absolutely terrible due to this. Imagine the stress of not being able to start the car when in a rush.
I thought there would be more advanced features instead it's just so basic, and also slow to react

Bad interaction with Android auto. If you use Android auto and Liigu simultaneously the system will repeatedly quit, and when you stop you need to force restart the app before you'll be able to lock the doors. Support was also completely unhelpful. Save yourself the anxiety and just rent a car where they give you a key
Rental is only in EU, but their support number is in UK. You will get a fat bill for calling for support, because no one answers for long time. Ive got, 50 Eur for 3 calls. Opening with phone have many problems in underground parking lots and places where connection is limited.. Noticed a scratch, reported and no feeedback.... Lots of things to improve.
Interesting concept, needs some refining. Incomparable convenience to walk up and open the car with an app... however, having the phone app as the single point of failure is going to create problems for you eventually, for obvious and not obvious reasons. Not obvious: We got stuck 3 levels down in a parking garage and the app wouldn't work. We had two tired toddlers and I had to keep walking up and down the levels to call Liigu, then see if their solution worked. Rec: have a physical key inside
Total unusable app; had to open the car 4-5 times till it opens; app causes battery drainage and got my phone very hot; don't even trust this company: they will trick you with damages and charge your creditcard without notice! @liigu: I don't work for you! How dare are you?
