Worst customer support. Typical answer - "person is not on his seat, will get back to you" and even after 5 days. no response. Emailed the the customer support but I had to call back to check if anyone received the email or not. Are you sure that email I'd is monitored?
Terrible app, terrible online platform but most of all, useless and unsafe customer service. Would advise to use a proper car rental company any day over this terrible company. They gave us a car with a replacement tire. No responses to emails. Left us alone with no help. Terrible unsafe journey. All the tires were flat. It has been over a week and still no response from them. Tried to book on their website first - glitchy and doesn't work. My wife tried to join, approved at end of booking.AVOID
Login is broken, giving me an error You provided 'undefined' where a stream was expected. You can provide an Observable, Promise, ReadableStream, Array, Asynciterable, or Iterable.
Setting up the payment card is very annoying. The page hanged after I keyed in my credit card details and authentication details. My credit card could not be registered and your customer service said it was my bank issue. And the bank said it was your issue.

Worst ever experience. Rejected my application without any reason. Called customer service and they say they are not going to give any reason.
