The app was decent. The GoCity experience was just okay.
Bought a 5 day pass with them because they had something about refunding if you don't use it or if you don't get a full value. Turns out you have to scan it threw times a day in order to get a refund for the difference in value. Basically they pay the establishments full ticket price and bank on you not spending the full amount and then not swiping enough. Learned my lesson. 150 pounds for what really would have only cost 90 pounds.
This app is a disgrace ... just stealing your money..I strongly not recommend

Pathetic...can not download our purchases tickets. Impossible to navigate to find the tickets I already purchased.
Tons of activities to choose from on Oahu but the info on the app is often wrong: start times of activities, days of operation, advance notice required for cancellation. I spent a lot of time planning things in different zones of the island so we could maximize our experiences. The start times being off caused me to to have to make a lot of revisions in my planning & made the reservation process harder because I had to rethink things while communicating w/ the reservation agents. Please update.
The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Rude, made assumptions and refused to listen properly and sarcastic tone. Also product bought was faulty. No compensation for them nearly ruining my holiday.
