Bad experience because where the pick up place in Budapest should be was not the place where we eventually found the shuttle bus. It was an unmarked van and good I found it and could lead other passengers to the van.
Not suitable for airport transfer! In case of the flight delay the full ticket price will be deducted. There is no option to postpone the trip. For the company which target audience are people traveling with the airplanes this is a scum!
Non essendo consentito il cambio biglietto tramite app ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti senza ricevere risposta e di conseguenza perdendo il mio biglietto. Servizio clienti inesistente
Very nice
App seems to work but Flibco personnel do not recognize it and tell you to go somewhere else (other bus services instantly recognize it as Flibco app). After some hassle, Flibco personnel finally try to check the ticket which seems not to be valid (impossible, in app it is very clearly valid) and they kick you out. They dont speak English and hassle a lot.
Bus to BRX Charleroi came half an hour late. For a 22€ bus trip you expect it to be on time. Bus driver didn't take responsibility as well as he said 'not my problem'. Trying to get a refund but the support team is negligent as well. Would not recommend.
