Booked a car got an email with the cost of my trip £9 , however I was charged £20, such a rip off. Be aware of these fast money taxis. Zero stars
Booked cab from Luton airport to London, got my booking confirmed with email and text, few to Luton mid night to find a text saying my booking is cancelled. Called them up and the person I talked to defended the cancellation by telling me that I should have called them to confirm booking. Utter nonsense! There is nowhere in the app or online, or in the text messages saying that I should call. İn addition when you call them, they advertise booking online, rather than calling. Bad bad!

App itself is not bad but now it keep crashing and its unusable. Fix it.
The driver came on time stated and he was very professional and polite. I recommend to others.
Used to use this company but let me down 2 times in a row now with airport pickups so sadly won't be using them again.
