The verification process is so broken I usually just pay old school
Doesn't work on my Android. When I click "start a new session" it switches to a blank screen with nothing but an X to close it.
Poor User Experience The app has MFA, but doesn't let you paste the 6 digit codes. There's is no third party wallet integration, which would be ok if I could at least choose from my Google Wallet credit cards to add to my account. Nope, that's not available, you have to take our you physical card and type in every detail. Hitting the back button at any time restarted the entire transaction. It was unclear that I was loading a wallet. Not friendly to visitors just parking 1 or 2 times.
New session doesn't load, I'm adding this comment incase I get a ticket I have evidence I tried paying.
Didn't work blank screen
Doesn't work well. Blank screen. Doesn't show the correct zones
This app does not work. You need to just be able to pay at the meter
- Less taps, faster parking. Select a recent zone or nearby zone with ease.
- Deciding how long to park should be simple. Now you can see when parking rates will change in the future. Just swipe the slider or tap a quick time!
