Not so robust. Doesn't show the correct location of the taxi... Not accurate tracking. We entered the taxi and the app still didn't show the trip had started until some time. Grab app is far more accurate.
App doesnt let you cancel flag down rides and proceeds to charge you more for paying via credit card without telling you
Please provide an option to select "Smoke-free rides". This option would mean that no one is allowed to smoke in the vehicle; this includes the driver even when there are no passengers/during off hours. A very tiny fee to select this preference would be reasonable. The cigarette smoke smell is overpowering and causes me to gag in some vehicles, and is very unhealthy for kids / babies especially.
I got charged for a ride I did not take (had cancelled before). but customer service team was swift in reversing the charge.
Advance booking does no appear in log even before the day. I don't know whether it's cancelled by driver or not lucky the driver did show up everytime.
"Wat an app"! Can see so many taxis around but refuse to take passengers. Wat the hell! Pls do something abt this drivers. Hv 2 come up with something like summoning them with demerit points from not accepting. Not good at all. How many times to try...
Totally inaccurate GPS location, postal code, name of place. Really need to update. Places that was demolished 10yrs ago still able to be pinned. Places built 5yrs ago can't be seen. Used pin to pin exact location but drivers still can't find cos they say they only see postal code or written addresses. Please just add a feedback section in both the booking app and drivers' app.
