I setup everything few days ago. Everything was working but since yesterday, suddenly its working only on local network. Controlling via internet stopped work and message saying that connection was closed because its not good enough does not make sense.
Really noisy but the app won't reduce the fan speed to get the noise down. Set the app to cool but with outdoor air at 19C, air entering house delivered at 23C. Had to put on AC . Totally useless for energy saving. All the "features" are hard to access and almost everything is pre-set to values that don't suit my house. I don't recommend the app nor the system
A wonderful tool to manage my Zehnder ERV. Unfortunately the "Zehndner Shop" link in the app for ordering replacement filters only lists European sites, but I'm in Canada...
Unfortunately, quite waste of money if you want to control the system not being at home. Although it works perfectly when connected through local network, it virtually doesn't work through LTE. Simply, it cannot connect to the device likely because of too short timeouts for establishing the connection. Successful is like 1 connection per 10 times during a day and event though it may get disconnected at times. Currently the app (and the gateway) is only an alternative for ComfoSwitch/ComfoSense.
The app is okay, but the gateway never connects when I'm away from home, which is kind of the point of having the gateway.
Relatively unstable app. Doesn't always connect to the network, and often unable to show the temperature of some sensors (or it's a defect in the air unit, since they're known for that). Support wouldn't help with the problems. Some controls are OK though some buttons are too close to one another. Other controls are poor; for ex. there's no direct switch for the bypass or the cooling unit, the "manual" controls is convoluted, and the automatic behaviour is sometimes erratic.
Im very happy with this app. It would be nicer if the system allows for zwave integration. Also a nice thing to have would be a Bypass button to the homescreen.
Enforce setting PIN at registration for UK market.
