An app that is critical for operation of heating systems and its extensions should be bulletproof. However, this one is not. And its a disgrace. I lost so many hours trying to hook the app to B1KF and B0KA it is just insane, time which cannot be charged to anyone. I decided to move to regular non-smart Viessmann products, like A1JB just because of these "smart" systems. I would curse but this is a review. So pissed off.
app is good but does not keep me logged in i am a service engineer and i have to write my email adress and password 20 times a day
What happened to the spare parts app? Used to be able to look up boilers get their manual and replacement part numbers
Almost perfect, lacks setting in menu to change language, that's what i expect from earlyer versions
I sell Viessmann boilers everyday and have to tell my customers not to expect much in the app department. I have not been able to have one customer successfully add my company as a contractor and been able to complete the process in viguide. They just fixed vicare to be able to find their contractor June 2023 but haven't fixed this app. It's a shame. Other boiler companies are doing it right and we all look like fools.
Now mature and reliable and informative
Great app, when it works. I barely get to monitor the systems I've installed, all I get is a 403 page when I try to view them. Update - the installs were back for a while, but now I'm back to the 403 page when I go to the monitoring section. Very frustrating since I have a client with issues and I can't see the system.
