If you need a VPN in China, this us NOT the one. There are monthly intermittent service outages that last for days or weeks, and it's customer service is non-existent whether you're a paying customer or not. When it does work, it works great...but with the complete lack of service in all aspects of the app, I would give it 0-stars if possible.
The worst vpn i every use, its only good for 3-4 months. Total scamm. Its been months i cant even open google, this is the most rubbish vpn and app i have ever use. I recommend you guys letsvpn.
They don't provide any services. The VPN does not work. It will say connected however it does not receive any data.
I paid a year subscription because I was satisfied bla bla and now my connection is worse than ever was, I can't even open my Outlook mail, send a whatsapp message, God forbid if I want to see an Instagram video, few seconds take at least five minutes. I don't know what happened to your vpn, but it got way worse. Please fix this issues. And also, I don't know why you have support email, because you never reply anyway.
Vpn isn't working good than before, what happened with this app. I don't understand it. I even purchased vip but it still like turtouse...
When there's trouble, they never fix it when we chat the admin, even they don't answer.
